As a Graphic Designer on the Global Strategic Initiatives Team of Tableau, I leveraged my creative expertise to support the team by designing a variety of impactful assets. Below, I’ve highlighted some key projects, accompanied by insights into the design process, any potential challenges faced, and the strategies or solutions I used to overcome them.
Re-ignite Rally Tabfluencers Video
The goal of this video was to showcase what tabfluencers (AE who were tableau influencers) were doing to prepare for Dreamforce. Ultimately it was to show team members within the tableau org what excellence in sales leadership looks like. This project required me to learn how to fine-tune my Adobe Premiere Pro editing skills.
Tabfluencer Hype Video
The goal of this video was to get other Tableau AEs to join in on the tabfluencer program for 2024. This project taught me more motion graphics editing techniques. This video helped Tableau grow their tabfluencer AEs by 2 - 3 new members.
T-shirt Designs
As part of support for Ready to Lead and the Re-ignite Rally initiatives, t-shirts were to be made for key AEs. Examples below are just 2-3 concepts out of a few dozen ideas.
Dreamforce Menu
Last minute design request for Dreamforce to design a menu. I was able to help out the team by making a menu and getting it printed with the team within a day.
Swag, Gift Ideas, and Giveaways
I was initially tasked with brainstorming and proposing unique swag items for team-building events. My suggestions included a mini-calendar, a viewfinder toy, a deck of playing cards, and a pop-up book, each thoughtfully designed as memorable and creative gifts for the team. Ultimately, the winning concept was a custom-designed jigsaw puzzle kit, which was accompanied by a thank you card signed by the SVP, Elizabeth Maxson. Careful research into products, vendors that could create said products, and costs were taken into consideration.
